TENNESSEE -- Two Murfreesboro Composite Squadron senior members -- Lt. Col. Charles W. Watson and his son, Capt. Charles E. Watson -- took part in Civil Air Patrol's reconnaissance flights along the Gulf Coast. "It was the busiest flying I've ever done," said Capt. Watson, the squadron's emergency services officer. His father, Lt. Col. Watson, is commander of the squadron, one of several from the Tennessee Wing that have sent volunteers to Mobile, Ala., to participate in the Deepwater Horizon Response.
