Rural areas welcome volunteer sandbaggers

NORTH DAKOTA -- Members of Civil Air Patrol's North Dakota Wing joined Fargo South students in filling bags for rural residents living in an area between Fargo and Oxbow. The work was completed in anticipation of a crest in water levels in the area later this week.
