Partnerships keep birds in the air

VIRGINIA -- A partnership between Civil Air Patrol and Dulles Aviation is beneficial to both. The relationship works well, according to members of Virginia Wing's Prince William Composite Squadron and owners of the aviation company. Both the Prince William squadron and Dulles Aviation are headquartered at the Manassas Regional Airport.
