VIRGINIA -- Officials at the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum held the annual “Become a Pilot” family day Saturday in Chantilly, and cadets from Civil Air Patrol’s Virginia Wing, clad in battle dress uniforms, were on hand to offer their assistance.
